RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR SIMON HOBSON

Simon Hobson has resigned from Molten Metals Corp.'s board of directors.

The board expresses its sincere gratitude for the valuable contributions made by Mr. Hobson during his 13-month tenure with the company.

The changes in the board composition are effective May 15, 2024.

About Molten Metals Corp.

Molten Metals holds an option to the West Gore project, an antimony/gold project located in Nova Scotia. Antimony is a critical element with many industrial applications, including ammunition and fire retardants.
