GREENLAND RESOURCES RESCHEDULES ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Greenland Resources Inc. has adjourned its annual and special meeting of shareholders from the original meeting date of Sept. 30, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. Toronto time, to the new date of Oct. 9, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. Toronto time. The meeting was adjourned to clarify certain matters disclosed in the management information circular as well as due to management time availability. In connection with the adjourned meeting, management has made available an amended and restated management information circular, which includes details on the meeting and which is available under the company's issuer profile at SEDAR+.

Greenland Resources is a publicly listed Canadian and Greenlandic company developing Malmbjerg, a world-class climax-type primary molybdenum deposit near tidewater in east-central Greenland.
