A cease trade order (CTO) has been issued by the
British Columbia Securities Commission on Dec. 12, 2023, against Powertap Hydrogen Capital Corp.
for not filing the following periodic disclosure required by the securities legislation of British
Columbia and Ontario:
- Interim financial report for the period ended Sept. 30, 2023;
- Annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2023;
- Management's discussion and analysis for the periods ended June 30, 2023, and Sept. 30, 2023;
- Annual information form for the year ended June 30, 2023;
- Certification of the annual and interim filings for the periods ended June 30, 2023, and
Sept. 30, 2023.
Powertap will remain suspended for the duration of the CTO.
