Management cease trade order update

Securities Commission issued a management cease trade order on Wednesday, May 5, 2023, as requested by the company. At this time, the company's auditor expects the audit process to be completed, and the annual filings to be filed on or before May 31, 2023, as a further update to the earlier new release.
