CANAL FRONT INVESTMENTS INC. ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF MERAKI ACQUISITION ONE INC.

Canal Front Investments Inc. (the acquiror) has acquired ownership and control of 236,000 common shares of Meraki Acquisition One Inc.

The subject shares represented approximately 5.36 per cent of all issued and outstanding common shares of the company as of Jan. 29, 2026, immediately following the transaction described above, resulting in a corresponding increase in the percentage of shares held by the acquiror as a result of the transaction.

Immediately before the transaction described above, the acquiror held 436,000 common shares of the company, representing approximately 9.91 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company.

Immediately following the transaction described above, the acquiror held an aggregate of 1,004,000 common shares, representing approximately 15.27 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company.

The aggregate consideration payable for the subject shares was $21,020 (86,000 at seven cents per subject share and 150,000 at 10 cents per subject share).

The holdings of securities of the company by the acquiror are managed for investment purposes. The acquiror may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of the company, dispose of some or all of the existing or additional securities they hold or will hold, or continue to hold its current position.
