The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Satellos Bioscience Inc. will list an additional 4,455,445 common shares at the open on Feb. 9, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $10.10 (U.S.) per share pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 5, 2026, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Oct. 29, 2025.

The TSX notes that the prospectus also qualifies the issuance of 495,049 prefinanced common share purchase warrants of the company. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
