MINAEAN SP CONSTRUCTION REPORTS VOTING RESULTS FROM ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Minaean SP Construction Corp. has released the details of the voting results from its annual general meeting, held on March 25, 2025, in Vancouver, B.C.

By resolution passed by ballot, the four nominees referenced below were appointed as directors of the company to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the company, or until their successors are elected or appointed. The results of the ballot were as follows.

Shareholders also voted to approve the reappointment of Davidson & Company LLP as auditor of the company and the company's rolling stock option plan.

Minaean also announces the appointment of Mervyn Pinto as chief executive officer, chief financial officer, president and corporate secretary and Haneef Esmail as the chairman of the board.
