Mr. Richard Simpson reports
MAMMOTH PROVIDES UPDATE ON FIELD ACTIVITIES AT ITS TENORIBA GOLD-SILVER PROPERTY, MEXICO
Mammoth Resources Corp. has provided an update on its field activities at its 100-per-cent-owned Tenoriba gold-silver project, Chihuahua state, Mexico. Company geologists and a consulting metallurgist were recently on site at Tenoriba with the intention of: (1) reviewing drill core from its 55 prior diamond drill holes; (2) assessing the state of access roads from Mammoth's camp-core storage area to the three primary mineralized areas, including the large 1.5-kilometre-by-500-metre Carneritos area, together with the Masuparia and the Moreno areas; (3) assessing drill pad access and locations for its permitted phase 1, 60-hole maiden mineral resource, diamond drill program (refer to the news release dated April 16, 2026); (4) collecting up to a 200-kilogram (kg) sample from the previously announced (news release dated Feb. 26, 2026) potential draw point areas within the large Carneritos area at Tenoriba for advanced production size, coarser fraction vat and column and leach tests as an advanced step to designing initial, small-scale, gold-silver leaching of oxidized gold-silver mineralized material; and (5) liaising with community members and discuss the renewal of surface access agreements.
Over the past weeks, the geological team and consulting metallurgist have reviewed the diamond drill core as a means by which to orient the consulting metallurgist to the nature of gold-silver mineralization at Tenoriba to guide the collection of the 200 kg metallurgical test sample.
Roads from camp to the three mineralized areas were observed to be in decent condition and an alternative route to these areas was discussed which could provide improved ease of access in all weather conditions (prior/current access was/is often compromised during periods of heavy rain), but which would require some work at a cost to Mammoth and it is intended to estimate the availability of equipment, timing and cost to enable access via this route.
Drill pad locations and access to designated locations for phase 1 maiden resource drilling did not appear to be unduly complicated and the team collected the requisite 200 kg sample, observing in a field panning trial a couple of small flecks of visible gold within this material. The sample has been transported to the metallurgical laboratory at the Universidad de Sonora in Hermosillo, Sonora, for processing.
Mammoth personnel received a cordial reception from the community members and representatives it met, and the company looks forward to further dialogue toward a surface access agreement.
Richard Simpson, vice-president of exploration of Mammoth Resources, commented on the field activities, stating: "It was terrific to be back in the field at Tenoriba working to advance steps towards drilling what we believe has the potential to be a significant maiden mineral resource at Tenoriba. Access to the Carneritos area wasn't in too bad shape. We'll have to do some rehabilitation, but that was expected. We're also looking at alternative access, but this access will also need some work and we'll decide among the alternatives as we look at more advanced mobilization. We collected our 200 kg metallurgical test sample and saw some visible gold within this material, which bodes well for it being of a grade which will assist us in our metallurgical tests. These tests on this coarser material that could be expected in actual production will give us the confidence we ultimately need to further advance small-scale production and a segue to commercial-scale production at Tenoriba."
The metallurgical testing will involve a number of steps, all advancing confidence to an initial small-scale production decision. The steps are planned to include: (1) initial confirmation that the grade of the metallurgical sampled material, crushed to less than or equal to 1.5 inches in size, blended and samples taken of this crushed/blended material, conforms to the average grade of material at Tenoriba from thousands of surface and drill core samples; (2) once the grade is confirmed, initial small-scale cyanide, together with other more ecologically friendly reagent, small-vat leach tests will be performed to determine the speed and percent recovery of gold and silver in these vats (a vat of material saturated in a vat with cyanide or other reagent, simulating a saturated leach pad and/or vat); (3) with step two confirming attractive recoveries, initial column tests are planned to be performed on this/similar material to determine speed and per cent recovery of gold and silver in columns simulating the height of leach pad levels. Testing more ecologically friendly, non-cyanide alternatives has the potential benefit of being equally economical while being quicker to permit versus permitting cyanide leaching of gold-silver.
In addition to testing the rate and percentage of gold-silver recovery during the metallurgical test program, the measures of cyanide, or other more ecologically friendly reagent consumption, acidity and other chemical dynamics of leaching will be measured to best understand leach performance. It should be noted that initial vat leaching of material could segue to a more efficient means of permitting small-scale, pilot gold-silver production. Permitting options will be investigated as results of the metallurgical testing become available.
Mammoth looks forward to reporting on additional progress in this work as results become available.
Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC)
All data used for the drill spacing study followed QA/QC controls as outlined on the Mammoth Resources website, and news releases spanning the period from Nov. 18, 2021, to Dec. 15, 2022.

Richard Simpson, PGeo, vice-president of exploration for Mammoth Resources, is Mammoth's QP/QC under National Instrument 43-101 by virtue of his professional designation, university degree and years of work experience as a geologist, and is responsible for, and has reviewed and approved, all technical data in this news release (refer to Mammoth's website for Mr. Simpson's qualifications).
About Mammoth Resources Corp.
Mammoth Resources is a precious metal mineral exploration company focused on acquiring and defining precious metal resources in Mexico and other attractive mining-friendly jurisdictions in the Americas. The company holds a 100-per-cetn interest (subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter royalty purchasable anytime within two years from commencement of commercial production for $1.5-million (U.S.)) in the 5,333-hectare Tenoriba gold property, located in the Sierra Madre precious metal belt in southwestern Chihuahua state, Mexico. Mammoth is seeking other opportunities to option exploration projects in the Americas on properties it deems to host above-average potential for economic concentrations of precious metals mineralization. Mammoth recently entered into a partnership with RM Mineria
