PROMINO PROVIDES UPDATES ON ITS GOLD STANDARD MEDIA ENGAGEMENT

Promino Nutritional Sciences Inc. has provided an update to its July 10, 2026, press release regarding the engagement of Gold Standard Media LLC.

Gold Standard Media and its affiliates Future Money Trends LLC, Wealth Research Group LLC and Portfolio Wealth Group LLC are controlled by Kenneth Ameduri, Juliet Ameduri and Lior Gantz.

Under the marketing service agreement, Gold Standard Media will provide the company with financial publishing, digital marketing, content distribution and related communications services intended to broaden awareness of the company among North American investors and the financial community, which will include digital advertising on YouTube.

Consideration to Gold Standard Media for the three-month engagement includes $125,000 (U.S.) payable by the company and excludes options to purchase securities of Promino.
