CSE bulletin 2026-0422

Effective immediately, Myndtec Inc. has made an assignment in bankruptcy for the general benefit of its creditors pursuant to Section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada).

The suspension is considered a regulatory halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 trading rules.
