At the request of Ninepoint Partners LP, the exchange-traded funds (ETFs) listed in the attached table will be voluntarily delisted from Cboe Canada at the close of trading on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

The Ninepoint ETFs are expected to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the start of trading on Thursday, May 21, 2026.
