The exchange has accepted for filing the listing application (LA) of Naia Relief (formerly 1329308 B.C. Ltd.) The LA results from the following operations completed by the company:
- 1329308 B.C. proceeded with a name change to Naia Relief Inc.
- 1329308 B.C. proceeded with a share consolidation on a one-for-9.0363 basis, such that, in total, 2,499,994 postconsolidation shares were issued in replacement for the 22,590,750 shares previously outstanding.
- Pursuant to an amalgamation agreement dated Sept. 30, 2025, 1329308 B.C. proceeded with a three-cornered amalgamation and effectively acquired all of the issued and outstanding securities of Relief AI Inc. by issuing 39,126,616 postconsolidation shares on a one-for-one basis, including 47,400 to a finder.
- Pursuant to subscription receipts issued by Relief AI, the company issued 5,726,900 postconsolidation shares as further described below.
