NEW AGE METALS ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP TRANSITION IN INVESTOR RELATIONS AND APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF OF STAFF

Farid Mammadov, New Age Metals Inc.'s vice-president of investor relations, will be departing the company after five years of dedicated service to pursue other professional opportunities.

Since joining New Age Metals, Mr. Mammadov has been an integral member of the company's management team and has played an important role in the company's growth and evolution. Over the past five years, he has helped strengthen New Age Metals' profile within the investment community through consistent shareholder engagement, corporate communications, financing support, conference participation, digital marketing initiatives and investor outreach.

On behalf of the board of directors and management, chairman and chief executive officer Harry Barr commented:

To support the company's continued growth and ensure a seamless transition, Connor Barr has been engaged on a consulting basis as the company's chief of staff. In this role, Mr. Barr will work closely with the chairman and CEO and senior management to assist with corporate strategy, executive operations, business development initiatives and corporate communications.
