NDATALYZE ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Ndatalyze Corp. has granted an aggregate of 3.15 million stock options to its directors, officers and consultants pursuant to the corporation's stock option plan at an exercise price of eight cents per common share and expiring two years from the date of grant. The stock options are subject to a customary four-month hold period from the date of grant.
