NDATALYZE CORP. ("NDAT" OR THE "CORPORATION") (CSE:NDAT) (OTC:NDATF) ANNOUNCES A MARKET-MAKING AGREEMENT

Ndatalyze Corp. has retained Red Cloud Securities Inc. (RC) to provide market-making services and will trade its securities on the various stock exchange platforms, on a best efforts-based basis, for the purposes of maintaining an orderly market and improving the liquidity in its shares. Beyond a monthly trading report, there are no specific performance requirements. In consideration of the services provided by RC, NDAT will pay RC a monthly cash fee of $5,000.00 for an initial term of two months with an automatic renewal for one-month periods after the initial term. The Agreement may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. NDAT and RC are unrelated and unaffiliated entities and RC will not receive shares or options as compensation. The capital used for market making will be provided by RC.
