(the "Company") (TSXV: OPTG) announces that it has filed its audited annual financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2024 and the associated management's discussion and analysis and certifications (together, the "Annual Filings"). The Annual Filings were filed on April 25, 2025 and can be found on the Company's SEDAR+ page. The Company has also filed its unaudited financial statements for the three month period ended December 31, 2024 and associated management's discussion and analysis and certifications (together, the "Interim Filings"). The Interim Filings were filed on April 25, 2025 and can be found on the Company's SEDAR+ page. As a consequence of the Company completing these filings, the Company's expects that the Cease Trade Order issued with respect to the Company to be revoked by the applicable securities regulators. The Company will be applying to have trading in its shares reinstated on the TSX Venture Exchange, subject to the Company satisfying the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange.
