NDATALYZE CORP. ("NDAT" OR THE "CORPORATION") (CSE:NDAT) (OTC:NDATF) SIGNS A FORMAL CLINICAL STUDY AGREEMENT WITH DR. DALE STEVENS, PH.D., DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY, FACULTY OF HEALTH, YORK UNIVERSITY.

Pursuant to terms and conditions of the letter of intent dated Nov. 10, 2023, which LOI was extended on Dec. 11, 2023, Ndatalyze Corp. and Dr. Dale Stevens have today signed a formal clinical study agreement. This agreement remains subject to York University's ethics review but the parties do not expect any issues in this regard.
