CSE bulletin 2026-1109

Further to bulletin 2026-0528, Ndatalyze Corp.'s proposed reverse takeover transaction with Prism Diversified Ltd. did not close on or before the Oct. 31, 2026, completion deadline under the business combination agreement. The company has delivered notice of termination of the business combination agreement to Prism in accordance with its terms.

Ndatalyze will resume trading on Nov. 6, 2026.
