NEWMAC RESOURCES INC. APPOINTS NEW CFO
Valent Chan has resigned as Newmac Resources Inc.'s chief financial
officer and corporate secretary, effective June 17, 2025. Mr. Chan served as both the company's
chief financial officer and corporate secretary for many years. The company wishes to express its gratitude to Mr.
Chan to the service that he provided to the company over those many years.
The company also wishes to announce that Melissa Gu has been appointed to the offices of
chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the company, subject to the approval of the
TSX Venture Exchange.
