NEWMAC RESOURCES INC. APPOINTS NEW CFO

September 22, 2026 Newmac Resources Inc. ("Newmac" or the "Company") (TSX-V: NER) hereby announces that Mr. Valent Chan resigned as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective June 17, 2025. Mr. Chan served as both the Company's CFO and Corporate Secretary for many years. The Company wishes to send its gratitude to Mr. Chan to the service that he provided to the Company over those many years.

The Company also wishes to announce that Ms. Melissa Gu has been appointed to the offices of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
