Further to the Dec. 6, 2022, press release, Lumiera Health Inc. has provided an update on its situation.

The company advises that it is not able to make any payment under the demand for payment demanded pursuant to the notice of default and payment referred to in the Dec. 6, 2022, press release and is unable to satisfy the conditions proposed by the secured lender for an extension.

Consequently, the company is currently unable to continue operations.
