A cease trade order was issued by the Ontario and Quebec securities commissions on April 13, 2023, against Lumiera Health Inc. for failing to file its annual financial statements, the management's discussion and analysis, and the certification of annual filings for the period ended Nov. 30, 2022.

Upon revocation of the cease trade order, the company's shares will remain suspended until the company meets TSX Venture Exchange requirements. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
