GK RESOURCES ANNOUNCES TRANSFER TO NEX

GK Resources Ltd. has been advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that, as it has been unable to satisfy the continued listing requirements in accordance with exchange Policy 2.5 -- Continued Listing Requirements to maintain its listing as a Tier 2 issuer, effective Feb. 20, 2024, the company's listing will transfer to the NEX. Following the transfer of the company's listing, the company's tier classification will change from Tier 2 to NEX, and the filing and service office will change from Vancouver to NEX.

The trading symbol of the company will change from NIKL to NIKL.H. The company name has not changed, there has been no change to its CUSIP number and no consolidation of capital has occurred. The company continues to review strategic opportunities that will qualify the company to return to the exchange.
