GK RESOURCES ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

GK Resources Ltd., pursuant to the company's stock option plan, has granted 2.8 million stock options at an exercise price of six cents to directors, officers, advisers and consultants of the company. The options are exercisable for a period of five years and will vest immediately.

The options are subject to the approval and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
