Further to Nova Mentis Life Science Corp.'s news release dated Oct. 31, 2024, the company confirms the effective date for the consolidation of one postconsolidation share for every five preconsolidation shares.

Effective at the opening on Friday, Nov. 8, 2024, the shares of the company will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on a consolidated basis under the name Restart Life Sciences Corp. and stock symbol HEAL.

Postconsolidation capitalization:  unlimited common shares with no par value of which approximately 29,663,732 common shares are issued and outstanding
