Nova Mentis Life Science Corp. has changed its name and symbol to Restart Life Sciences Corp. and HEAL, respectively, and consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every five preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 29,663,732 common shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new name, symbol and Cusip number on Nov. 8, 2024.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Nov. 7, 2024. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
