NORAM ANNOUNCES GRANT OF RESTRICTED SHARE UNITS
Noram Lithium Corp. has
granted a total of 2.4 million restricted share units (RSUs) to directors, officers and
consultants of the company. The RSUs vest one year from the date of grant and each RSU entitles
the holder to receive one common share of the company one year from the date of grant.
About Noram Lithium Corp.
Noram Lithium is focusing on
advancing to production its 100-per-cent-owned Zeus lithium project, located in Clayton Valley in Nevada,
an emerging lithium hub within the United States. The May, 2024, mineral resource estimate details
a measured and indicated resource of 3.0 million tonnes (t) LCE (586 million t at 957 parts per million (ppm) lithium)
and inferred resources of 1.4 million t LCE (300 million t at 861 ppm) at a cut-off of 525 parts per billion lithium (Li). With the upsurge
in the electric vehicle and energy storage markets, the company aims to become a key participant
