Mr. Sandy MacDougall reports
UPDATE PROGRESS ON PEA AND ECONOMIC MODELLING
Noram Lithium Corp. thanks its valued
shareholders for their continued patience, understanding and support over the past year.
In the spring, the company engaged Global Resource Engineering Ltd. to undertake a review of
the company's preliminary economic assessment with a particular focus on evaluating potential
byproduct credits that may enhance the overall economics of the project. At the time of engagement, the
work was anticipated to be completed and delivered to the company by late summer.
Unfortunately, the process has taken longer than initially anticipated, and the company has yet to receive
any information. Factors outside of the company's direct control, including extended laboratory assay
turnaround times, have contributed to delays and presented considerable challenges to advancing this work
within the original timeline.
Despite these challenges, the company understands the importance of this work and remains focused on
advancing the evaluation. GRE has indicated that the first draft of the economic model is expected to be
provided to the company by the end of this week. Upon receipt and review of the preliminary results, the company intends to provide shareholders with a further update on the findings and anticipated next steps.
The board of directors recognizes that the extended timeline has tested the patience of shareholders and
sincerely appreciates your continued confidence and support. The company remains committed to keeping
shareholders informed as meaningful developments become available.
