CHATHAM ROCK ANNOUNCES DELISTING DATE FROM TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE
WELLINGTON New Zealand Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited, "CRP" or "the Company"
(TSXV: "NZP", NZX: "CRP" FSE "3GRE") announces that the Company's shareholders have
approved the resolutions described in its press release dated June 23, 2026 at its Special Meeting of
shareholders which took place in New Zealand on July 14, 2026. Accordingly, the Company will
proceed to delist from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), which is expected to occur on the
tenth business day from the date of the TSXV's delisting bulletin, being Friday, July 31, 2026.
The Company has begun the application process for a primary listing on the NZX. As set out in the
June 23rd press release, the Company will also shortly be applying to continue its jurisdiction of
incorporation from British Columbia, Canada to New Zealand, which shareholders also approved by
the requisite sixty-six and two-thirds (66 2/3%) percent of the votes cast at the Special Meeting.
