The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Outcrop Silver & Gold Corp. will be listed and posted for trading at the open on Nov. 18, 2025. According to the TSX, there will be 463,451,909 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 117,451,701 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol OCG, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 69002Q 10 5.

The TSX reports that the company is an explorer and developer focused on advancing its flagship Santa Ana silver project in Colombia. It is also progressing exploration on a portfolio of gold projects in Colombia and the United States. The company has not paid dividends and does not expect to pay any dividends in the foreseeable future. Its transfer agent and registrar is Olympia Trust Company at its offices in Vancouver, its fiscal year-end is Aug. 31, and the temporary market-maker is CIBC World Markets Inc.

According to the TSX, the company has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Nov. 10, 1994, under the symbol OCG. It will be delisted from the TSX-V on Nov. 18, 2025, upon the start of trading on the TSX.
