ONENERGY INC. ANNOUNCES RESUMPTION OF TRADING

ONEnergy Inc.'s common shares will resume trading on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange effective at the open of the market on Aug. 31, 2026.

The company is in the process of evaluating a variety of strategic alternatives following the mutual termination of the acquisition agreement with Matrixset Investment Corp. and 1581316 B.C. Ltd., which was announced on Aug. 26, 2026.

ONEnergy remains committed to delivering new value to shareholders of the company and is currently evaluating opportunities and will update shareholders when the company has completed this evaluation.
