NEWS RELEASE OVATION SCIENCE INC. ANNOUNCES DEATH OF BOARD MEMBER DOREEN MCMORRAN

Vancouver, BC, Las Vegas, NV September 17, 2026 Ovation Science Inc. (CSE: OVAT | OTC: OVATF) ("Ovation" or the "Company"), announces that Doreen McMorran, a member of the Board of Directors, has passed away. Doreen served as a member of the Board of Directors and as Vice-President since 2017, as Chief Operating Officer since 2018 and as Chief Financial Officer since 2023.

Terry Howlett, Chief Executive Officer added, "We are deeply saddened by the loss of Doreen McMorran. Doreen was not only an integral part of our leadership team as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Director, but also a valued colleague and friend. Her dedication, vision, and strategic guidance were instrumental in shaping Ovation from its earliest days.
