Reference is made to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Sept. 25, 2026, with respect to Palamina Corp.'s plan of arrangement under Section 182 of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and concurrent Cusip number change.

The TSX-V has received confirmation that the closing of the arrangement occurred on Sept. 29, 2026. Therefore, the common shares of the company commenced trading under the new Cusip number at the opening of business on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026. The name of the company has not been changed.
