PREDICTIV AI COMMENCES TRADING ON THE FRANKFURT STOCK EXCHANGE AND STOCK OPTION ISSUANCE
Predictiv AI Inc.'s common shares have commenced trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange following the company's successful secondary listing on the open market (Freiverkehr) -- quotation board segment.
Listing on the FSE
Trading began on Jan. 26, 2026, under the ticker symbol 7IT. The quotation board is part of the open market (Freiverkehr) of the FSE and operates as a multilateral trading facility (MTF) pursuant to Section 48 of the German Exchange Act (Borsengesetz, BorsG). While not a regulated market within the meaning of European Union directives, the quotation board provides international investors with efficient access to listed securities through one of Europe's largest and most liquid trading venues.

The company has issued 1.2 million stock options to a consultant, exercisable at 13 cents per share, with immediate vesting.
