Further to its bulletin dated July 7, 2026, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Phoenix Metals Corp. has closed its initial public offering. According to the TSX, the company's Class A common shares, which had been trading on an if, as and when-issued basis under the symbol PCA and with Cusip No. 71910B 30 3, began trading at the open on July 9, 2026, on a regular settlement basis under the same symbol and with the same Cusip number. There will be no further trading in the if, as and when-issued market.
