Peak Discovery Capital Ltd. announced on Nov. 2, 2026, that it will not be proceeding with its previously announced agreement between Peak, All Acacia Resources Inc. (AA) and Enhance Group Pty. Ltd., concerning the proposed reverse takeover transaction involving AA, Enhance and the Mabuhay copper-gold project in the Philippines.

Effective at the market open on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, the common shares of Peak Discovery Capital will resume trading.
