PERK LABS ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Perk Labs Inc. has appointed Welch LLP as independent auditor of the company, effective as of May 3, 2023.

The successor auditor is being appointed following the receipt by the company on May 3, 2023, of a formal resignation of Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP, with said resignation effective as of May 3, 2023. There are no reportable events between the company and the former auditor.

The board of directors of the company appointed the successor auditor as the new auditor until the next annual general meeting of the company.

The company has sent a notice of change of auditor to the former auditor and to the successor auditor, and has received a letter from each, addressed to each of the securities commissions in Canada, stating that they agree with the information contained in the notice. The notice, together with the letters from the former auditor and the successor auditor, is available on SEDAR.
