PESORAMA ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING OF STORES #44, #45, AND #46

Pesorama Inc. will be opening three new stores in August.

Store No. 44 -- Parque Via Vallejo

Store No. 44, a 3,767-square-foot retail store located within Parque Via Vallejo in Mexico City: Strategically positioned in one of the city's premier mixed-use shopping destinations, the store will strengthen the brand's presence in a high-traffic commercial environment featuring approximately 150 retail stores, restaurants, entertainment venues and services. The estimated opening date is in August, 2026.

Store No. 45 -- Centro Tepozan

Store No. 45, a 4,435-square-foot retail store located within Centro Tepozan in Los Reyes La Paz, state of Mexico: Strategically positioned in one of the main commercial corridors in eastern greater Mexico City, the store will serve a densely populated trade area and benefit from more than 30 linear metres of storefront frontage, providing exceptional visibility and customer accessibility. The estimated opening date is in August, 2026.

Store No. 46 -- Cruz del Sur

Store No. 46, a 4,639-square-foot retail store located within Cruz del Sur in Puebla City, expanding JOi Dollar Plus's presence to four stores in the state: The store is strategically located within a major commercial corridor and forms part of a shopping center with more than 70 retail stores, providing strong visibility and consistent customer traffic. The estimated opening date is in August, 2026.
