Premium Global Income Split Corp. has declared monthly distributions payable on April 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on April 15, 2026, in the amounts per share indicated in the attached table.

To the extent that any portions of the distributions are ordinary taxable dividends and not capital gain dividends, they are eligible dividends.
