Planet Green Metals Announces Revocation of Cease Trade Order and Resumption of Trading
Vancouver, British Columbia - August 31, 2026 - Planet Green Metals Inc. (CSE: PGR) ("Planet Green" or the "Company") announces that the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC") has issued an order fully revoking the failure-to-file cease trade order (the "CTO") previously issued against the Company. The Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") has reinstated trading in the Company's common shares, effective August 31, 2026.
Revocation of Cease Trade Order
The CTO was issued on March 6, 2026 as a result of delays in filing the Company's audited annual financial statements, related management discussion and analysis, and officer certifications for the financial year ended October 31, 2025. The Company has since completed these filings and all subsequently required continuous disclosure filings, which are available for review under the Company's profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca, thereby bringing its continuous disclosure record current and satisfying the applicable requirements for revocation of the CTO.
The Company has also completed the additional corporate governance and regulatory work required in connection with its application under National Policy 11-207 - Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions.
With the CTO revoked and the CSE's reinstatement review the Company's common shares have been reinstated for trading on the CSE effective August 31, 2026.
Corporate Update
During the period in which the CTO was in effect, the Board of Directors and management focused on strengthening the Company's corporate governance, internal reporting processes and regulatory compliance framework. These improvements are intended to support the timely completion of the Company's disclosure obligations going forward.
Management has also continued to review the Company's existing property portfolio and evaluate strategic opportunities consistent with its focus on critical minerals and natural resource development. The Company remains committed to prudent capital allocation and to advancing opportunities with the potential to create long-term shareholder value.
Management thanks shareholders for their patience and continued support throughout the revocation process.
