PLANET GREEN METALS INC. APPOINTS MICKEY GOLDSTEIN AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Planet Green Metals Inc. has appointed Mickey Goldstein, CPA, CA, as chief financial officer, effective Nov. 2, 2026, succeeding Michele Pillon.

Ms. Goldstein is director, accounting advisory, at Crowe MacKay LLP in Vancouver. She brings experience advising public and private companies across several industries, including mining, and provides fractional CFO services to Canadian public companies. Her background includes financial reporting, audit support, corporate governance, public financings, acquisitions, restructurings, and Canadian and U.S. securities compliance. Her experience combines public company auditing with executive financial management.

The company welcomes Ms. Goldstein and thanks Ms. Pillon for her service and contributions as chief financial officer.
