PLANET GREEN METALS INC. APPOINTS MICKEY GOLDSTEIN AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Vancouver, British Columbia, November 6th, 2026 Planet Green Metals Inc. ("Planet Green" or the "Company") (CSE: PGR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mickey Goldstein, CPA, CA, as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 2, 2026, succeeding Michele Pillon.

Ms. Goldstein is Director, Accounting Advisory at Crowe MacKay LLP in Vancouver. She brings experience advising public and private companies across several industries, including mining, and provides fractional CFO services to Canadian public companies. Her background includes financial reporting, audit support, corporate governance, public financings, acquisitions, restructurings and Canadian and U.S. securities compliance. Her experience combines public company auditing with executive financial management.

The Company welcomes Ms. Goldstein and thanks Ms. Pillon for her service and contributions as Chief Financial Officer.
