Clarification regarding closing of May, 2026, offering

In addition, further to the previous press release, dated May 5, 2026, the company confirmed that it issued an additional 1,955,500 units at a price of 35 cents per unit for additional gross proceeds of $684,425 on May 8, 2026, in a final tranche of its offering conducted under the listed issuer financing exemption, to bring the total offering up to the maximum offering size of 21,489,000 units ($7,521,150). The company also confirmed that it paid an additional cash commission of approximately $47,910 and issued an additional 136,885 broker warrants in connection with the closing of the final tranche of the LIFE offering.
