Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 1, 2026) - Tenet Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (OTCID: PKKFF) (FSE: P0T) ("Tenet" or the "Company"), an innovative analytics service provider, owner and operator of the Cubeler Business Hub, today announced that New York based commercial lender Premium Merchant Funding ("PMF") has signed on to be the first commercial lender on the Business Hub exclusively dedicated to lending and extending credit to U.S. based small and medium-sized enterprises.
While PMF (https://www.pmfus.com) is headquartered in New York city, the company has satellite offices in several U.S. cities and the ability to make commercial loans in every U.S. state. With a network of more than 500 funding specialists, 15 funding options ranging from merchant cash advances to term loans, and unsecured loan amounts of up to USD $20M, Tenet believes PMF to be the ideal first U.S. market dedicated lending partner with which to introduce the Cubeler Business Hub to U.S. SMEs.
New West Coast Business Development Manager
Tenet also announced that Mr. Anurav Rane recently joined the Company as its new Business Development Manager and will help grow membership on the Cubeler Business Hub with West Coast-based Canadian and U.S. SMEs. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rane was most recently a western Canada Regional Sales Manager at flexible workspace service provider International Workplace Group (formerly "Regus") where he not only drove regional sales but also played a pivotal role in improving client experience and retention. His professional career highlights include having founded and serving six years as the CEO of PlanMyMedicalTrip.com, an international medical tourism platform operating in more than a dozen countries. Before leaving his role at the helm of the platform in 2021, he was credited with establishing several strategic healthcare partnerships critical to its operation and having secured the investor funding for its development. So, in addition to his experience in sales, Mr. Rane's background as an entrepreneur and small business owner gives him relatable experience that will allow him to connect with the SME owners and executives that he is now being asked by Tenet to bring to the Business Hub. Mr. Rane is based in Vancouver and is expected to work in concert with the Company's Director of Strategic Partnerships & Financial Institutions, Fredi Tasciyan, and recently hired Regional Sales Manager Warren Haughton to help bring SMEs from across North America to the Cubeler Business Hub.
