PLURILOCK ANNOUNCES PAYMENT OF DEBENTURE INTEREST

Pursuant to the indenture between Plurilock Security Inc. and Odyssey Trust Company dated Oct. 30, 2025, governing the 10-per-cent unsecured convertible debentures in the principal amount of $3-million previously issued on Oct. 30, 2025, the company issued 576,923 common shares of the company at a price of 13 cents per share in satisfaction of an aggregate of $75,000 in interest payments on the outstanding debentures.
