PANORO MINERALS LTD. ANNOUNCES RECEIPT OF US$2.0 MILLION PAYMENT FROM THE SALE OF NON-CORE ASSET

Further to Panoro Minerals Ltd.'s news releases dated Jan. 20, 2026, and June 22, 2026, pursuant to the option agreement dated March 4, 2024, as amended, TABB Partners LLC has paid $2.0-million (U.S.) to the company. TABB retains the sole and exclusive right to acquire the remaining interest in the 2-per-cent NSR (that is, the remaining 1 per cent of the 2-per-cent NSR) on or before Jan. 19, 2027.
