The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, Nov. 7, edition that RBC Capital analyst Keith Mackey has reiterated his "outperform" recommendation for Pason Systems. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Mackey boosted his share target to $18 from $17. Analysts on average target the shares at $17.07. Mr. Mackey says in a note: "We continue to view Pason as an attractive way to gain exposure to E&P drilling capex spend. The company's differentiated offering allows pricing to remain resilient during market volatility, while its investments beyond the drilling market should drive growth in the medium to longer term. ... Pason is on the RBC Canadian Small Cap Conviction List." The Globe reported on April 26 that National Bank analyst Dan Payne had upgraded his call on Pason Systems to "outperform" from "sector perform." The shares could then be had for $11.81. The Globe reported on June 16 that Stifel analyst Cole Pereira was maintaining his "hold" recommendation for Pason Systems. Its shares could then be had for $11.66. The Globe reported on July 6 that TD Securities analyst Aaron MacNeil rated Pason Systems "buy" in new coverage. The shares could then be had for $11.50.
