PUREWAVE HYDROGEN CORP. ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR

Calgary, Alberta, October 27, 2026 - PureWave Hydrogen Corp. (TSXV: PWH.V) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the appointment of Allan Glowach as a director of the Corporation, effective October 26, 2026.

Allan Glowach

Mr. Glowach has been a consultant in the oil & gas industry for over 30 years. He has served as both an officer and a director of numerous public companies in the oil & gas, pipeline and mining industries. He is currently an independent businessman and his clients are amongst the largest pipeline companies in North America including Enbridge and TransCanada Pipeline. Mr. Glowach has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Alberta and is a serving member of CSA Materials for Oil & Gas Pipeline Systems as well as the National Association of Corrosion Engineers.
