A cease trade order (CTO) was issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on June 2, 2023, against Cleantech Power Corp. for not filing the following periodic disclosure required by the securities legislation of British Columbia and Ontario:

1. Interim financial report for the period ended March 31, 2023;
2. Annual audited financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022;
3. Management's discussion and analysis for the periods ended Dec. 31, 2022, and March 31, 2023;
4. Annual information form for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022;
5. Certification of the annual and interim filings for the periods ended Dec. 31, 2022, and March 31, 2023.

Cleantech Power will remain suspended for the duration of the CTO.
