QUORUM ANNOUNCES Q4 AND FISCAL YEAR 2024 RESULTS RELEASE DATE, CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST DETAILS

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. intends to release its Q4 and fiscal year 2024 results after markets close on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

Maury Marks, president and chief executive officer, and Marilyn Bown, chief financial officer, will present the Q4 and fiscal year 2024 results at a conference call with concurrent audio webcast, scheduled as shown in the attached table.
